Gail is a breath of fresh air at the post office. She is always pleasant to deal with, hands out stickers to kids, tries to go out of her way to help a customer and makes suggestions to the customer to reduce their shipping cost. She responds with grace and kindness when an angry customer is yelling at her. Gail is absolutely amazing. I only go to the post office when I know she’s working because there is a lady who works there who screams at people.
