The front end staff of the County of Vermilion River are the front faces or voices who greet or answer phones each day. During tax time they greet and help facilitate ratepayers, they assist in filling out burn permits or helping with water and gas connections. When it comes to residents who need assistance to see to a problem or issue we have front end staff who work hard to listen to the issues and bring them forward to the attention of Departments and Council by recording items to the Concern Tracker Report. As you can imagine the roll of being a front end staff member is not always easy and I think it is important to recognize the important work that they do. The County of Vermilion River front end staff go above and beyond every day to provide top level customer service to all who visit or call.
